important LGPD concepts
•Data Subject: Natural person to whom the personal data subject to processing refer. You, other clients, former or potential clients, legal representatives, partners, shareholders, among others.
• Personal Data: Information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This may be your registration data, your transaction history, transactions with you, information collected from your devices, financial information, among others.
• Sensitive Personal Data: Personal information about racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, affiliation to an union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data referring to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person.
• Processing: All operations carried out with Personal Data, such as those referring to the collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer , diffusion, or extraction.
•Controller: Natural or legal person, public or private, who is responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data.
•Processor: Natural or legal person, public or private, who processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
