Today, the main challenges on this agenda are standardization and integration of ESG issues in communication and financial reporting.
The quality of our accountability reporting is assessed annually by major ESG rating agencies and business indices, and the outcomes are made publicly available to reaffirm our commitment to sustainability and business transparency.

Climate Finances
Itaú joins and promotes the Financial Stability Board’s Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures, which encourages organizations from various industries to assess the climate risks to which they are exposed, and proposes voluntary financial disclosures to ensure greater transparency.
Integrated Annual Report and ESG Report
The Integrated Annual Report presents the bank’s most relevant points of value generation, based on a transparent communication of key deliverables and results. In the ESG Report, we give greater depth to the topics that generate positive impacts internally and externally by focusing on the environmental, social and governance fronts. Additionally, we disclose the ESG indicator spreadsheet that has the main indicators related to the theme, in an accessible and objective manner.
