Historical series Itaú Unibanco launches Transfer Limits function for its cards
New functionality will allow more than five million customers with more than one card to manage their limits directly in the Itaú app.
Itaú Unibanco will be offering a new feature within the Itaú app, Transfer Limits, which will give customers more freedom and independence in managing their credit. From now on, customers with more than one card will have the autonomy to distribute the limits of their contracted cards, providing greater control, security, and availability of credit in their daily operations.
This initiative will offer the flexibility to adjust the limits already available according to each person’s specific needs, allowing personalized and intelligent management of the benefits of each card. The function is initially available to people with an Itaú account and more than one eligible card. It will soon be available to all customers, impacting more than five million people.
Through active listening, Itaú is reformulating the way it deals with each customer’s credit, adapting its product to each reality. The transfer is made quickly, practically and without fees, offering users more convenience in their credit options. “With this measure, we put the management of the limit in the hands of the customer, so that they can make the best use of the advantages of their cards and, above all, increase their purchasing power,” adds Piccoli.
