Historical series Itaú Unibanco improves its clients experience and will centralize Tag Itaú in its Superapp
With this new feature, clients will be able to manage their entire Tag in the Superapp and gain benefits from Minhas Vantagens (My Advantages).
São Paulo, July 17, 2025 – Itaú Unibanco announces the internalization of Tag Itaú, a strategic move aimed at improving the clients experience by enabling automatic parking and toll payments to be contracted and managed directly through the Itaú Superapp. In an evolution of its Beyond Banking agenda, the bank’s goal is to make the clients experience increasingly integrated, simple, and secure.
The Itaú Tag, previously managed through the ConectCar app, will now be available within the Itaú Superapp, and all clients who have purchased the Tag will be gradually migrated to the Superapp. This move reaffirms Itaú’s commitment to meeting clients needs with an even more seamless experience. With this change, all services related to the Itaú Tag will be available in a single location, eliminating the need to use two apps and improving clients experience.

In addition to the Tag integration, the product will also undergo a redesign, without impacting existing Tag clients, who will continue to receive the benefit of a free monthly fee. The focus of the change is to expand the benefits to clients with a stronger relationship and engagement with the bank.
Clients participating in Minhas Vantagens, the bank’s rewards program, will benefit from a free monthly Tag fee. For Itaú Uniclass clients, the bank offers two Tags with a free monthly fee starting at Minhas Vantagens level 2. In Itaú Personnalité, the bank’s high-income segment, clients will receive up to four free Tags starting at Minhas Vantagens level 1.
