Historical series Itaú launches Automated Real Estate Funds Portfolio
Buying and selling of assets is carried out automatically based on recommendations made by Itaú BBA specialists
Itaú Unibanco announces the launch of the Carteira Automatizada Renda com Imóveis (Automated Real Estate Portfolio), which automatically reproduces the recommended portfolios of Real Estate Investment Funds prepared monthly by Itaú BBA’s team of specialists.
This is yet another initiative by the bank with the aim of simplifying the investor journey, with the automatic purchase and sale of assets and portfolio allocation, as updates to the reports suggest changes. This helps to keep the client’s position aligned with that of the report published monthly.
“The aim of this portfolio is to generate income in a predictable way and to navigate more turbulent market moments with a certain calmness. It is suitable for investors who are looking for recurring monthly income, through the dividends paid by real estate funds, as well as enabling gains from any appreciation in the price of the securities,” say Larissa Nappo and Marcelo Potenza, real estate fund analysts at Itaú BBA, authors of the Real Estate Income Portfolio.
The service is available for a minimum investment of R$ 20,000.
