Historical series Itaú BBA launches Prosa Agro Tech, a new season of podcasts on new technologies in agribusiness.
São Paulo, August 17, 2023 – Itaú BBA has launched a new season of its podcast series dedicated to agribusiness topics, Prosa Agro. The podcast’s Tech program will provide practical information on the application of technology in the agricultural sector, covering everything from connectivity to analytics and big data. The first episode, focused on technology and artificial intelligence, was produced in partnership with Microsoft.
Featuring Matheus Borella, Head of Agribusiness Intelligence at Cubo Agro, and Fernando Gomes, Analyst at Itaú BBA’s Agribusiness Consultancy, the pilot episode of the season welcomes Ronan Damasco, Microsoft’s Chief Technology Officer.
During the conversation, the participants discussed the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence to agribusiness and how Microsoft is investing in technologies to improve efficiency in the sector. The episode also discusses technology as a driver of the ESG agenda and the Agro Cube’s solutions to achieve this goal.
