Learn about the composition of our shares in the capital market in Brazil and abroad

Our share capital is represented by common and preferred shares, traded on B3 under ticker ITUB3 (common shares) and ITUB4 (preferred shares). Common shares give the holder the right to one vote in our general meetings. Preferred shares, in turn, grant no right to vote, but give the holder priority in receiving mandatory dividends and the right to joint selling (tag along) in the case of transfer of control, ensuring a price equal to 80% of the amount paid for the common shares of controlling stockholders. The right to vote of our controlling stockholders does not differ from the right to vote of other holders of common shares. Our shares are also traded in the United States.
